The living and dining area of Nilam Puri is very spacious. However, this area is open to the kitchen without any separating wall. Hence, the fumes from the kitchen will affect the furniture. Hence, one should definitely invest on good hob and hood.
The developer of Nilam Puri is a reputable brand name in property development. It is the same developer that built most developments in Bandar Bukit Puchong. Among those developments are Park Villa Townhouse, Ametis Terraces, Baiduri Courts, Seri Gemilang and Nilam Terraces.
The traffic woe here is very notorious as everybody is depending on LDP to commute to the city centre and Petaling Jaya. There are few plans to increase the road networks efficiency, but none has helped to reduce it. The issue is worsened by non-stop launch of new developments in the surrounding area.
